Fees and Payment

Legal fees and payment terms will be outlined in the retainer agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are based on the complexity of the matter and time required
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement
• Clients are responsible for all costs and expenses incurred

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time, subject to the terms of the retainer agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all fees and costs incurred up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
